PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The work consists generally of the following: Renovation of a 3,496 sq ft existing building. A portion of the building is currently occupied by the library, with the unoccupied portion being renovated for library use as well. Work includes but is not limited to minor site & building demolition; new ADA accessible path of travel, parking & site-work improvements; new restrooms, entry, interior paint, flooring & ceiling throughout; new exterior paint, doors, windows & reroof; installation of new fire sprinkler & alarm system throughout the building; electrical & mechanical upgrades including structural upgrades.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT.

All Subcontractors, lower tier subcontractors and material suppliers will be required to meet Valley Construction Co. insurance and subcontract requirements. Valley Construction Co. insurance requirements and subcontract agreement will be furnished upon request for review. Please review the project specific insurance requirements for this project and base your proposal on whichever requirements are greater (VCC or specific project).
